The only prerequisite we have is to have a can-do attitude and to adhere fully to the rules of privacy and confidentiality.
At Clear Sky Healing we recognise how there may be a difference of opinion amongst one another. However, we provide a space for a non-judgemental discussion. We do not shun or discourage differences in opinions but do ask our members to always be mindful, respectful and tolerant. Respecting each other’s opinions and different schools of thought is a basic etiquette in Islam
At The Healing Department we teach how Islam and Psychology both are deeply intertwined. Our teachings of mindfulness and reflection practice originate from the Quran, Sunnah and works of the eminent Islamic scholar, Imam Ghazali. We also take our work from concepts of Tawakkul (trust in Allah), and Tazkiya (Purification of the heart). Our psychology work is predominately taken from Aishah’s study in NLP and Islamic psychology qualifications.

At The Healing Department, our approach for divorced Muslim women is multifaceted and distinctive. Beyond our extensive experience working with diverse women from various backgrounds, we integrate Islamic psychology into our methodologies. We understand the profound impact culture can have on an individual’s perception of divorce, particularly within the Muslim community where this subject remains taboo despite its increasing prevalence. Recognising this, we offer a safe and inclusive space specifically designed for divorced Muslims to heal.
Our unique approach extends to incorporating Islamic psychology, drawing from the rich teachings and principles of Islam. By integrating Islamic psychology into our coaching and therapeutic practices, we provide tailored support that resonates with our clients’ faith-based needs. This approach allows us to address emotional healing, empowerment, and self-discovery through the lens of Islamic teachings. It offers a holistic framework that aligns with the spiritual and psychological aspects of our clients’ lives, enabling a deeper and more meaningful healing journey.
Coaching is a series of open ended questions asked to the client to achieve a desired goal or to help them come to an understanding of their deeper emotions.
At Clear Sky Healing, coaching is the guiding force empowering divorced Muslim women through their emotional recovery post-divorce. We merge Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Islamic psychology to deliver personalised support, recognising that it’s beyond mere goal-setting; it’s a compassionate journey acknowledging the emotional complexities of divorce. Our approach blends coaching methodologies with Islamic principles, creating a healing space where clients navigate their emotional terrain, reconstruct identities, and emerge resilient, empowered, and prepared to embrace fulfilling lives.
