About Us
Meet Our Executive Coach - Aishah Javed
At the age of 22, Aishah escaped an emotionally, financially, and psychologically abusive marriage, taking her young child to live in a women’s refuge.
Facing fear and financial strain, she sought support from a refuge support worker to rebuild her life independently. Aishah’s confidence and self-esteem hit an all-time low, and she struggled to assert her needs and attributed her circumstances to external factors. She dreamt of freedom from the heartache and pain of separation and divorce.
During her stay at the women’s refuge, Aishah, the sole fluent English speaker, often helped others translate and fill out forms. She often had to translate between friends and help women with their English. This experience revealed her passion for assisting women who had faced domestic abuse and became a dream and intention.
Moving out, Aishah faced the challenges of the real world, losing friends due to cultural beliefs surrounding divorce and the perceived stigma attached to divorce that is still prevalent in some communities. Severely isolated in her marriage, the transition to single parenthood was daunting. Battling depression, anxiety, and heartbreak, she grappled with low self-esteem, often resorting to humour to mask her sadness. Working as a freelancer, she struggled to maintain mental health, parenting, and her home.
Upon her child starting school, Aishah found work in a nearby city, experiencing the meaning of independence. Recalling her intention to help women facing domestic abuse, she knew self-work was essential. Seeking therapy and addressing childhood experiences, she ventured out gradually. Qualifying in NLP, CBT, and life coaching, Aishah transformed her worldview.
Initiating her practice, she served hundreds of women dealing with domestic and spiritual abuse and in the process fostering a supportive community. Studying Islamic Psychology and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Aishah aspires to become a Doctor of Psychology.
Now the proud Executive Coach at Clear Sky Healing, she is dedicated to providing the best services for women overcoming domestic abuse, trauma, and negative emotions, fostering happier and healthier lives for them and their children.
